BEFORE YOU BOOK
💰 How much does it cost to book you?
Every wedding is different, so every quote is tailored to your day.
Whether you're after a ceremony, drinks reception, evening party or the full day, I'll put together a package that fits.
A 10% booking fee secures your date, with the balance due shortly before the wedding.
Can we choose the music?
Absolutely.
Some couples send me a detailed playlist. Others simply say, "Play what works."
Both approaches are completely fine.
You can request favourites, highlight songs to avoid, or leave everything in my hands.
Do you play requests?
Yes... within reason.
I'm always happy to take requests if they suit the atmosphere you've asked for.
Your wedding comes first, so I won't suddenly throw in Mr Brightside during your ceremony because Uncle Dave asked.
Can you learn a special song?
Usually, yes.
If it's for something important like your aisle walk or first dance, just let me know with plenty of notice.
If I don't think I'll do it justice, I'll always tell you honestly.
Can you play indie, alternative or pop-punk?
Please do.
Alongside all the wedding classics, I regularly play artists like Sam Fender, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Blink-182, Paramore, Biffy Clyro, The Cure, The Killers and plenty more.
Your wedding doesn't have to sound like everyone else's.
ON THE DAY
What if everything runs late?
Honestly...
It probably will.
I've played over 400 weddings and almost every one runs a little differently.
Long speeches, photographs, traffic, weather...
It doesn't bother me.
I'll work with your venue and other suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
What if it rains?
We'll make a new plan.
British weather keeps us all on our toes, but I'm used to adapting quickly.
Will everyone be dancing all night?
I hope so!
But nobody can promise that.
The best parties happen naturally.
My job is to read the room, build the atmosphere and help create those moments—not force them.
Ironically, the biggest singalongs are usually the ones nobody expected.
Can you guarantee my aisle walk goes perfectly?
I can guarantee the music.
I can't guarantee when everyone walks.
Registrars, photographers and nerves all have a habit of changing timings.
If things don't go exactly to plan, don't panic.
Nobody notices as much as you think they do.
THE PRACTICAL STUFF
Do you bring everything?
Yes.
Professional sound system.
Microphones.
Lighting for evening parties.
Everything needed to perform.
You don't need to hire anything separately.
How much space do you need?
About 3m × 3m is perfect.
I've squeezed into tiny pubs, barns, gardens and castles, so don't worry if space is limited.
What do you need from us?
Just
- Standard plug socket ( i have extension cables)
- Somewhere to park
- Easy access
- A hot meal for longer bookings
- Somewhere to get changed if possible
That's it.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, via the Musicians Union
£10 million Public Liability Insurance.
PAT tested equipment.
Certificates available in the downloads section if your venue asks.
Do you travel?
All the time.
I'm based in Exeter but perform throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, the rest of the UK and occasionally overseas.
